Section 96
Non-Renewable
Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, if an insurance intermediary or other insurance service provider fails to comply with the obligations under Section 93 and is found unfit to act in that capacity or if it is proven that the insured has suffered serious harm, his license shall not be renewed.
